Our rounds best bet were deadmen walking late in the 2nd half but found a way to hold on, unlike the earlier sinkers in Manly and the Broncos. Mantra good sides find a way to win!
Souths record at Accor is unbelievably good and their next game there against the Bulldogs will define their Season. The Eels had their challenges too but found some resolve which should keep them on the up heading into next season. The winning margin may have been a bit more comfy for the Rabbits if they had kicked their goals but they found a way home.
Johnstotn should be employed to teach future wingers about positioning themselves in attack!

Broncos

Dolphins

If you cant find the line after leading 28 nil, you dont really want to be playing. I do think though rferee Smith, played the Dolphins back into the contest but some of the Broncos lack of effort was embarrassing and in line with what they have been playing like all season, Shit!
Two following Seasons in a row have the Broncos played in a GF and nt produced the following Season, a challenge they need to address with their big name Roster.
The Dolphins are a good side well led and well Coached and yes you can get out enthused in Local Derbies but to find a win from so far behind shows their Class, maybe not being the number one team in Brissy kicks the Broncos in the Butt, the butt kick that they need!
Storm

Sea Eagles

LOSS
Manly led 14 to 0 and got lapped. The Sea Eagles are carrying washed up forwards on the bench and when they get on the field they fall asleep, no effort, missed tackles and no want. Bring on young up and comers who will put in. Munster played his Butt off and gave some lessons to the Manly 6 and 7.
The Manly Backs looked uninterested as well and maybe they are finished for the Season. I like many thought hat the previous Manly Coach was to blame but the lack of effort by the team lately says the problem lies a bit deeper. Anyway, the future looks bright for Rugby League in WA. Smart move as demographically the people who live in the west following the mining boom come from all over Australia!
Roosters

Bulldogs

LOSS
Again some odd Refereeing moments, Roosters had a forward pass pulled up, Bulldogs threw over 5 forward passes, none pulled up, go figure!
Roosters were their own worst enemies but got the job done as good sides always find a way to win!
As I said last week Radley is in career best form and Butcher is back to his best.
Ciraldos continuing to play Galvin at seven has again punished his team ,as yes he scored a good try but left 2 or 3 in the bag by not knowing who to pass too!
Who gets punished by this the Team, Arrogance has cost the Bulldogs a semis spot and the Team and Supporters suffer for the Ego of the Coach.
Anyway, its their decision to live with Robert Toia has to be the best Defensive Centre in the Comp and his attack has improved in leaps and bounds as well. DCE being signed by the Roosters was questioned as well but Manlys poor form was not his fault it was the previous Coaches non ability!
Warriors

Panthers

The Refereeing was terrible but the better side won on the night. The Panthers were Crucified early by Referees and Bunker not making calls and this led to the early field position for the Warriors, which eventually probably led to Yeos injury around fatigue. We won this game so it is not sour grapes, it is factual cheat flow refereeing! Endorsed by Corrupt Flow Advocate Annesley!
Titans

Cowboys

Titans were terrible and the Titans Coach to have his side playing Bazball when they dont have that ability was dumb.
The Titans were shot Dogs at kick off and to not have a number seven to get you around the field when you have a play the moment six, was even dumber. This game just may have secured a spot in the finals for the Cowboys but if you cant win a Comp after having 50 put on you, can you win a semi after being lapped having 80 put on you? Did the Cowboys hand over their Colours to the Titans so they would defend as the Cowboys did last week? Five minutes into the game it was always going to be one way traffic and to get flogged by a side that got flogged by 70 the week before has no excuse, except the Coach stuffed up his selections. one more thing, If you have to play games with your run on team, you do not have confidence in not naming who is running on. The players not named for any reason have no Faith that the Coach has Faith in them. Hopefully lesson learnt by Hannay!
